In exercise of tle power conferred by section 30 of the Registration of Births ard Deaths Act; 1969 18 of 1969), the Lt: Goveror of tle National Capital Territory of Delhi with the approval of the Central Government hereby makes tle following rules to amend the Delli Registration of Births and Deaths Rules 1999 namely RULES 1 Short title, extent and commencement: These rules may be called the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Rules, 2000. They extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi They shall come into force at once_ 2 Amendment of Form No, 2:-In Delhi Registration of Births & Deaths Rules, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal Rules" in For No.2, (relating to Death Report) . after the entry at Sr: No_ 2 , the following entries shall be inserted namely: 2A. Name of FatherfHusband of deceased" 3 Amendment of For No.6 In tle Principal Rules in Fom No.6 (relating to Death Certificate) , after the entry titled Name' and before the entry titled Sex" the following entry shall be inserted, nanely: - Naine of FatherMHusband of deceased" By Order and in the name of the Lt.
