Government of Rajasthan Urban Development Department F.1S(2YUDH/Rules/3/2015 Jaipur; Dated 25MAY 2016 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 74 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No. 35 of 1959): the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974 and Crdcrs with reference to proviso to sub-section (2) of section 74 of the said Act that the previous publication of these amendment rules is dispensed with as the State Government; in public interest, considers that these amendment rules should be brought into force at once, namely: 1. Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) (Second Amendment} Rules, 2016 (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of rule 17-A:- The exiting serial number 3 of table appearing in rule 17-A of the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) rules, 1974 shall be substituted by the following, namely:- 3_ Medal Winners: Player who gets medal in Olympics or 220 Sqr. in Para Olympics_ Maximum Player who gets medal in Asiad or 220 Sqr. Commonwealth Maximum (iii) Arjun Awardees 220 Sqr. Maximum Mtrs. Free of Cost Mtrs Free of Cost Mtrs. 50% of Reserve Price By Order of the Governor; ) / 6 (RajendYa Singh Shekhawat) Joint Sectary-II to the Government
