-1- Government,of Goa Departinent of Civil Aviation Directorale 0 Civil Aviation Arrangements of Sections Notification 12I/DOCAIMADA Rules/20 8 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Goa (Mopa Airport Development Authority) Act; 2018 (Goa Act 10 of 2018 and all other powers enabling it in this behall: the Government of Goa hereby makes the following Rules namely: 1. Short title and commencement: These Rules may be called the Goa (Mopa Airport Development Authority) Rules, 2018- 2 They shall come into force at once_ 2. Definitions. In these rules unless the context otherwise requires. (a) Act" means the Goa (Mopa Airport Development Authority) Act; 2018 Goa Act 10 of 2018); b ~Member Secretary` means member secretary of the Authority . (2) Words and expressions USed and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act 3. Application for obtaining clearance: (1) An application Or" proposal for obtaining clearance under the relevant law shall be addressed to the Member Secretary.
