## Page 1 High Court of Himachal Pradesh Case Flow Management (Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2005 ## Page 2 HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH,SHIMLA-171001 No. HHC/Rules/C.P.ADR/05- Dated 19.12.2005 NOTIFICATION HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH CASE FLOW MANAGEMENT (SUBORDINATE COURTS) RULES, 2005 In exercise of the powers conferred by Part X of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, (5 of 1908), Section 29 of Himachal Pradesh Courts Act, 1976 (23 of 1976) and all other powers enabling it, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh hereby makes the following Rules, in regard to case flow management in the subordinate courts in the State of Himachal Pradesh. 1) These Rules shall be called High Court Title 1 of Himachal Pradesh Case Flow Management (Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2005. 2) These Rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette.
