NesiXer WHEREAsitisexpedienttoamendthe West Bengal Motor Vehicles Tax 1979. Act, 1979, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter _ appearing; Itis hereby enacted in the Thirty-fourth Yearof the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Motor Vehicles Tax (Amendment) Act; 1983. Short title and (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force O the Ist day of conmence- April, 1981. 2.
