Government of Jharkhand Transport Department NOTIFICATION S.O.-03/pari:vi.vidhi/29/2019_ Ranchi, Dated. In compliance to the order dt 15/01/2019 by Hon ble Apex Court inWP(C) No- 243/2005 andWP(C) No- 228/2006 Rajiv Raturi vs Union of India & Others,State of Jharkhand hereby makes the order to include the following conditions in addition to the other conditions in all stage carriage and contract carriage permits issued under section 70,71,72,73 and 74 of Central Motor Vehicle Act; 1988- L. Minimum two seats shall be kept reserved for disabled passengers and shall ensure provision of low footboard for easy accessibility: Every vehicle owner of stage and contract carriage will keep reserved two seats of the first row for the handicapped persons It will be mentioned near the reserved seats. 2 By the order of Government of Jharkhand (BrajendraHemrom) DeputySecretary Transport Department
