GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FOREST DEPARTMENT No.F.10 (41) Forest/ 83 Jaipur, dated 23-12-1997 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4(1) and rule 5 of the Rajasthan Forest Produce ( Establishment and Regulation of Saw Mills) Rule, 1983 and in supersession of the Notification No. 10 (17) Rev/ 82, dated 7 th September, 1983 the State Government hereby appoints the Deputy Conservator of Forest/ Divisional Forest Officer as the licencing officer within their respective territorial jurisdiction and authorises them for the grant of permit under rule 4 for the purpose of the said Rules within their respective territorial jurisdiction except in the areas of National Parks and Sanctuaries as defined under Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
