West Ben. Act XIX of 1973. GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act X of 1975 THE SRI RAMKRISHNA SARADA VIDYA MAHAPITHA (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1975. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the President was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 4th April, 1975.] [4th April, 1975.] An Act to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-sixthYear of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya short title Mahapitha (Amendment) Act, 1975. 2. In section 4 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, Amendment 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), for the words "two years", ooff West Ben. the words "four years" shall be substituted. Act XIX of 1973. In section 5 of the saidAct, for the words "two years", the words Amendment f i5 of section 5. 3. "four years" shall be substituted.Rule TOC
