Short title and commencement: 1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Air Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023. 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 5.- In rule 5 of the Rajasthan Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983, in sub-rule (1), after the existing proviso, the following new proviso shall be added, namely: - Provided further that the fee payable by the industries/mines securing Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum rating under the Scheme for Green Rating System launched by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) shall be as under Sr. No Rating Payable fee 3 4 Bronze 95% of fee specified in the Schedule 2 Silver 90% of fee specified in the Schedule 3 Gold 759 of fee specified in the Schedule 4 Platinum 509 of fee specified in the Schedule_ owever in case of any non-compliance of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 or rules made oRule TOC
