PUNJAB GOVT GAZ. (EXTRA.), July 9, 2010 (ASAR 18, 1932 SAKA) GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND REHABILITATION (AGRARIAN REFORMS BRANCH) Notification The 1 th July, 2010 No. G.S.R.25/P.A.10/1973/S.26/Amd.(10)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Punjab Land Reforms Act, 1972 (Punjab Act No. 10 of 1973), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, further to amend the Punjab land Reforms Rules, 1973, namely:- RULES These rules may be called the Punjab Land Reforms Rules (First Amendment 2010). They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Punjab Land Reforms Rules, 1973, in Schedule 'B', in para 1, for subparas (i), (ii) and (iii) alongwith the proviso thereto, the following sub-paras shall be substituted, namely:- (i) in the case of a tubewell or pumping set or bore worked with 5 H.P. but not more than 12.5 H.P. Motor-3 hectares per tubewell or pumping set or bore; (ii) in the case of a tubewell or pumping set or bore worked with 12.5 H.P. but not more than 17.5 H.P. Motor- 5 hectares per tubewell or pumping set or bore; and (iii) In the case of a tubewell or pumping set or bore worked with more than 17.5 H.P.
