TECHNICAL EDUCATION & SKILL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (HIGHER EDUCATION, JHARKHAND) NOTIICATON 18 April, 2018 ORDINANCE FOR BED COURSE (ADMISSION & FEE DETERMINATION) CONDUCTED BY RECOGNISED INSTTTUTIONS NN THE STATE OF JHARKIJAND-2017. No. n2f3-1.104201/7 - (Assented t0 hy the Chancellor and Communicated by the Principal Secretary (0 Hon 'ble Governor vide Letter No. Misc-02/2018-8H1/GS dated 11.04.2018 and notified hy the Department vide Letter No. 792 Dated 16.04.2018) In terms of" provisions contained in Section 37(a) and Section 37(c) of Jivrkhand State Universities Act.2000 (as amended up to date) and aS per NCTE regulation 2014, Appendix-4 , Section 3.3 & 3.4 the Competent Authority recommends the Ordlinance in relation to Admission criteria and Fec Structure in recognised institutions imparting B.Ed. teaching in the State. The Ordinance may be called the Ordinance for BEd. Course ( Admission && Fec Structure condueted by Recognised Institutions in the State of Jharkhand. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be applicable for a(lmission inl Government/ Government Aided/Unaided/ Self-financed and Privatc recognised B.E:A. institutions in the State. AIl the rules and regulations, hercinafter, specified should be read a5 1 whole for the purpose of interpretation. Admission aud Selection Process The eligibility conditions and requirements of admission shall be such aS prescribed by NCTE from time to time. 1.22 The selection of candidates for admission to the Bachelor of" Education course (B.Ed.) shall be made on the basis of ranking obtained in the B Ed. Entrance Test conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Ranchi for that academic year: The JCECEB shall prescribe the requisite examination fee for the conduct of the Ent
