PUNJAB GOVT.OCTOBER 26, 2012 (KRTK 4, 1934 SAKA) GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR PUNJAB NOTIFICATION The 18 th October, 2012 Dated, Chandigarh, the No.S.O.88/C.A.14/1947/S.39/2012 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act14 of 1947) and all other power enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that the powers exercisable by the State Government under sub –clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the said Act shall also be exercisable by the Additional Labour Commissioner, Punjab..
