HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 20th November, 2019 ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR MILK CESS DUES No. 4719 -CFMS -AH -4 -20199114. — It is for the information of all concerned that in view of the intervening election period and the Code of Conduct due to which the One Time Settlement Scheme could not be given due publicity, the State Government has decided to increase the duration of the entry to One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719 -CFMS -AH -4 -20199114 dated 10th September, 2019 by two months w.e.f 12th November, 2019 i.e. till 13th January, 2020 (11th and 12th January, being holidays) for entering the scheme. 50% of the amount may be deposited within this extended period upto 13th January, 2020 and the six months period shall start thereafter and go on till 13th July , 2020 to deposit the balance amount. This is the first and last time the extension is being given and only in view of the special circumstances caused by the Elections to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha. It is also mentioned that since the person at no 3 has moved out from the HLDB, the quorum of the committee for OTS shall stand reduced to four. Rest terms and conditions of the One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719 -CFMS -AH -4 -20199114 dated 10th September, 2019 shall remain the same. DR. SUNIL K .
