NOTIFICATION Bangalore, dated 20th October, 1995. [No. RD 271 LRA 93] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Karnataka Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1995 (Karnataka Act 31 of 1995) the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the Twentieth day of October 1995, to be the date on which the provisions of Section 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
