Ranchi, dated: 11.09.2007 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of section-42 of the Building & other construction workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) State of Jharkhand hereby appoints Labour Commissioner, Jharkhand as "Chief Inspector" under the said Act, having jurisdiction of whole Jharkhand, who will exercise power conferred on Inspectors by or under the said Act.
