Government hereby appoints Shri Anurag Goel as Member of the Competition Commission of India with effect from 2nd September , 2009 (afternoon) for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 65 years or until further orders , whichever is the earliest . 2 . The terms and conditions of his service will be governed by Competition Commission of India (Salary , Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules , 2003 as notified vide notification No . G.S.R . 784(E)dated 6th October , 2003 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part Rule TOC
