Government of Rajasthan Urban Development and Housing Department No. F. l0(32)UDH/3/2009/Part Jaipur, dated .. 1 11 NOV 202\ NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules , 2017 , namely:- Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force at once. Amendment of rule 10.- In sub-rule (I) of rule IO of the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, hereinafter referred to as the said rules , for the existing expression "in Form-H to the Authority", the expression "electronically in Form-H to the Authority through the official website of the Authority" shall be substituted. Amendment of rule 12.- In rule 12 of the said rules,- (i) in sub-rule (I), for the existing expression "in Form~K", the ~xpression "electronically in Form-K to the Authority through the official website of the Authority" shall be substituted; and (ii) in sub-rule (2), for the existing expression "being an individual or rupees twenty five thousand in case of the real estate agent being anyone other than an individual", the expression "being an individual or a sole proprietorship firm and rupees twenty five thousand in case of the real estate agent being any one other than an individual or a sole proprietorship firm" shall be substituted. Substitution of rule 15.- The existing rule 15 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following, namely:- "15. Functions and duties of the real estate agent.- (1) The real estate agent shall
