Government of Rajasthan Industries (Gr-2) Department File No: -1(2)Ind/Gr-2/2008 Jaipur, Dated- 11.04.2019 -: Notification : - In Exercise of Power conferred by Rules under Chapter 5(1) of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act-2006 (Central Act no. 27 of 2006) following orders are circulated by the order of Hon'ble Governor:- Proposed posts for Constitution of MSE Facilitation Council be filled from present cadre strength of Department of Industries. Sitting fees for the nominated members of MSE Facilitation Council will be as Rs. 1500/ -per meeting. For the reference filed for delayed payment before MSE Facilitation Council , applicant enterprise has to pay fees as follows:- Determination of application fees of Facilitation Council will be on merits and demerits and it will be decided by Administrative Department . This Sanction is issued in continuation of Finance Department ID No. 101900032 dated 31.01.2019.
