R. 1021(E).—In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 34 ofthe National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism , Cerebral Palsy , Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act , 1999 (44 of 1999) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism , Cerebral Palsy , Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules , 2000 , namely : 1 . (1) These rules may be called the National Turst for Welfare of Persons with Autism , Cerebral Palsy , Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities (Amendment) Rules , 2010 . They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gaz
