071 · 'tenure-holder' means a person who is the holder of a holding, but does not include—
1 · 'u a minor child whose father or mother is a tenure-holder. (b)
4 · For purposes of determining the ceiling area under section 5 or any exemption wider section 6—
5 · (1) On and from the commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings (Amendment) Act, 1972, no tenure-holder shall be entittcd to hold in the aggregate, throughout Uttar Pradesh, any land in cxcess of the ceiling area applicable to him.
9 · of the principal Act, shall be re-numbered as Sub-section (1). Amendment
