PR -159/2018 . -In exercise of the power conferred by section 106 read with section 150 of the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act , 1997 , (Act No . 5 of 2001) the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati raj (Preparation of Electoral Rolls) Rules , 2002 except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such amendment , for regulating the Preparation of Electoral Rolls for contesting election to Gram Panchayat and Zilla Parishad as follow: Rinchin Tashi , IAS Secretary (PR) , GovernmentofArunachal Pradesh .
