() These rules may be called thie Punjab Restaurant (Consumption of Liquor) (First Amendment), Rules, 20[Q. They shall come into force on and with effect from the first day of April, 2010. 2 In the Punjab Restaurant (Consumption &f Liquor Rules, 1955 in Tule ; for clauses (i) and (ji) , the follcwing clauses shall_ respectively be substituled, namely six thousand rupees pEr Amum in rural areas and thirty thousand rupees per annum in urban nreas in respect of any premises, specitied in the license and are attached to retail country liquor vend; forty thousuna rupees pet arinum in the areas falling - within the jurisdiction af' Municipal Corporalions; twenty five thousand rupees per annum in other urbun areas and eight FUNJAB GOVT GAZ.
