www.govtpressmp.nic.in U '1ft fcfi<:rr 'in %. 195] 1) r~~ (~) vrf~~~ 13 2012--:;ft 24, 1934 ~fq'qlTf J:i51I<:111, CfR1'~ '>1Cf1, Bhopal, the 13th April 2012 ORDER No. 3083-F-3-4-2012-XIII-In pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (1), (2), (5), (6) and (7) of Section 131 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with sub sections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 23 and sub-section (2) of Section 56 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000 and read with the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Reform Transfer Scheme Rules 2006 notified on 3rd June 2006 & operating Sub-clause (iii) of Clause 7 of the order inssued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide No. 2657/F-3-4-2012/XIII dt. 29th March 2012, and in consequent to Govt. Notification No. 2988 dt. 10-4-12, the State Government hereby transfer and assign the function of Cash Flow Mechanism to MP Power Management Co. Ltd. M. P. Power Management Co. Ltd. for its functions of managing CFM will maintain separate bank books, ledger and other records. The bank accounts being maintained by MPSEB will henceforth be transferred in name of MP Power Management Co. Ltd. and will be operated by MP Power Management Co. Ltd. with the same authorizations.
