These rules may be railed the Ministers thiil) Adt Rl1960 ' (Allowances . Medical Treatment y cmd other privileges) Amendment Rules , 1960 . 2 . In th -Ministers ' (Allowances fd , Medical Treatment and other privileges) hid l)il12fbl , Rules , h (, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) hfllib^'hll bidl , in rule 12 , pg), after sub-rule (2) , , ( the following sub^ru'e shall be inserted , ), namely:— "(3) A Minister , when travelling on duty by road ttkith hilti" , shall b > entitled , without payment , , g y y to take with him one relative." 3 .
