In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4, Clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No.6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), the Central Pollution Control Board hereby reconstitutes the Committee as specified by the Central Government, whose constitution was notified by a Notification published in the Gazette of India vide S.0.199(E), dated 15.3.1991 in respect of the Union Territory ofChandigarh.
