NotiFICATiON In supersession of the earlier Notification issued on 29.06.2017 regarding E-way Bill under rule 138 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government. hereby notifies that the documents viz Tax Invoice, Manifest and Consignment Note shall be carried by the person in charge of a conveyance carrying any consignment of goods taxable under GST while the goods are in movement or in transit storage till an E-way Bill system is developed and approved by the GST Council, 2.
