Keeping this in mind, the State Government has decided to· make mandatory use of ,high security tamper evident Hol~gram l labels in Liquor and Beer bottles sold from different retail outlets of . the State, s~ that the licit and illicit Liquor can be distinguished by the consumers, at a single look, side by side .E .Excise and other preventive organization could detect illicit Liquor easily. _ ~ .
