In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility (Amendment) Act, 2010 (Tamil Nadu Act 11 of 2010), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 15th day of February 2010, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
