92_ Parliamentary Affairs Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, October 22, 1981 G. S R 62 In exercise of powers conferred by section 11 read with sub-section (11) of section 6-A of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957) , the State Government hereby makes the following rules to regulate the grant of advance to officers of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for the purchase of Motor Car, namely 1 . Short title _ These rules may be called the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Officers (Advance for Purchase of Motor Car) Rules , 1981. 2 Applicability:-These rules shall apply to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and also to the Government Chief Whip and the Deputy Government Chief Whip and the Leader of the Opposition who are hereinafter referred to as the said officers_ 3 Terms and conditions for advance _ The terms and conditions on which advance may be granted for the purchase of a motor car to the said officers shall be the same as contained in the Rajasthan Ministers (Advance for Purchase of Motor Cars) Rules, 1965 for the time being in force and the provisions of the said rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to the advance made to the said officers for the purchase of a Motor Car.
