~1Z- 1TYF Seld PoSt No.24021/27/2016-PM-I Government of India Ministry of Home Affairs (Police Modernization Division) Jaisalmer House; 26, Man Singh Road, New Delhi, dated the 11th January, 2018 To The Controlling Authorities (under PSAR Act; 2005) of all the States and Union Territories (as per Ilst): Subject: ; Clarification regarding training under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act;2005 [PSAR Act]: Sir , am directed to state that Controlling Authority (under PSAR Act), Delhi vide letters dated 19/07/2017 and 24/08/2017 has brought to the notice of this Ministry that States refuse to accept training certiticates issued by the training centres of other States, 2 In this regard, it is clarified that Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 does not restrict trained guards from being employedlengaged in other States: The training certificates issued to the guardslsupervisors from training centres in one State may therefore be accepted in other States also.
