TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 203 The following Act of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly received the assent of the Governor on the 17th June 2022 and is hereby published for general information: ACT No. 37 OF 2022. An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act; 2012. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1_ (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Short title and Development (Amendment) Act; 2022. commencement (2) It shall come into force at once_ 2. In section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Amendment of Tamil Nadu Act 22 Act; 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) , in sub-section section 3_ of 2012. (3), for clauses (c) to (m), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely: "(c) the Chief Secretary to Government; Ex-officio; (d) the Secretary to Government; Finance Department; who shall be the Member-Secretary, Ex-officio; and (e) the Chief Executive Officer of the Board, Ex-officio. 3_ In section 6 of the principal Act; Amendment of section 6. for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely: - '(1) There shall be Chief Executive Officer for the Board appointed by the Government:' (2) in sub-section (2), the expression 'with the approval of the Government" shall be omitted: 4_ In section 9 of the principal Act; in sub-section (2), for Amendment of clauses (c) to (V), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:- section 9_ "(c) the Chief Executive Officer of the Board, who shall be the Member-Secretary; Ex-officio; and (d) experts in the fields of finance, economics; infrastructure and Amendment of the like not exceeding two, as may be nominated by the
