Rඍඉඌ: The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Central Act 49 of 2016) G.O. (Ms) No.20, Welfare of Diff erently Abled Persons (DAP-3.2) Department, dated: 20-06-2018 From the Director for Welfare of the Diff erently Abled, Letter Roc.No.5234/DAW-3.1/2016, dated: 10-10-2019 ORDER:- As per Section 33(i) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Central Act 49 of 2016) "the appropriate Government shall identify posts in the establishments which can be held by respective category of persons with benchmark disabilities in respect of the vacancies reserved in accordance with the provisions of Section 34" of the said Act. In the Government order second read above, 235 posts under group A & B category were identifi ed as most suitable for diff erently abled persons under 4% reservation. In the letter third read above, the Director for Welfare of the Diff erently Abled has sent the proposal for identifying 297 suitable posts under group 'A' and 'B' in Public Sector Undertakings/ Boards/ Corporatio
