West Ben. WHEREAS it 18 expedient to amend the Jadavpur Aot Uhiversity Act; 1955 for the purposes and in the manner XXXIII of 1966 . hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, a8 follows 1. This Act may be called the Jadavpur University ~Short title. (Amendment) Act, 1962. 2 In section 2 of the Jadavpur University Act, 1955 Amend- (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , before clause (a), ment of the following clause shall be inserted, namely geotion 2 of Wegt '(al) 'financial year' > means the year ending on the Ben.
