Short title. -These ruies may be c,alled the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development Department Class IV Se vice Recruitment Rules,- 1992. Application. -These rules shall apply to every member ofthe service in respect of the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule appended to these rules. Classification and Scales of Pay etc.-The number of posts or their classification, the scales of pay at ached thereto, the method of recruit--. ment to. the-.posts,--age--limitand other matters-relatlng-to-the--sair1-posts--._--shall be as specified in the Schedule. Saving.-Nbthing in these rules shall affect reservation and other conditions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen, Compassionate appointment of a member of the family of a Government servant w~~ohas dies in harness and handicapped persons in accordance with the orders issued by the State Government \from time to time in this regard.
