New Delhi , the 11th October , 1976 G.S.R . 1489.—In exercise of the powers d C conferred by ) section 63 of the Water (Prevention A194 (6 f 194) hCl G py and Control of Pollution) fl Act , ( 1974 (6 of 1974) the Central Government after ih hCl d fhi ) consultation ( with the ) Central Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution , hereby d f makes the following id rules , to amend the y Central Board for the Prevention g and Control of Water Pollution (Procedure l for Transaction of Business) Rules , 1975 , ( namely :— 1 . (1) These rules id may be called the Central Board for (he l f lli(df () Prevention and y Control of Water Pollution (Procedure for Transaction of Business) Amendment Rules , 1976 . They shall come into force 2 . In the Central Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution (Procedure for Transaction of Business) Rules , 1975,— in rule 3,—• (a) for sub-rule (6) , the following sub-rule shall be substituted , namely :— "(6)(a) The Central Board may adjourn its meetings from day to day or to any particular date . (b) Where a meeting of the Central Board is adjourned from day hll to day i , notice of such adjourned ilbl y y meeting shall be given ihi to the Members j available g in the city ihih i , town or other place where the d ihldihbl meetyp ing which is adjourned is held bil d i , either by telephone hll b g j or by special messenger iif y p and it shall not bo neceesary h to give b notice g of the adjourned meeting to y g other Members , (c) Where d a meeting of the fdd Cential Board is adjourn- bfhdhih g j ed not from day to day but from the day on which hiihld hdif h y y the meeting is held to another date ihll bill h , y notice of such meeting idd g shall be given (3) to all the Members as g provided in g sub-rules (3) and
