West Ben: Act XXXIII of 1963 WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Homoeopathic System of Medicine Act; 1963, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing: It is hereby enacted in the Forty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Homoeopathic Short title and System of Medicine (Amendment) Act; 1998. commence- ment. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the [lth day = of June, 1998. 2 In sub-section (10) of section 15A of the West Bengal Amendment of section Homoeopathic System of Medicine Act; 1963 (hereinafter referred to 15A of West as the principal Act), for the words "four years, the words "five years; Ben. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done O any action taken under the principal Actas amendedby the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act. 129
