1. THE WORKING JOURNALISTS (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND MISCELLANEROUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1955. THE 5TH JUNE, 1963. No. S. O. 247/C.A.-65/62-S-71-63—In super-session of Labour Department notificatio No. 12504/14409-C-Lab-57/29731, dated the 14th December, 1957 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17-B of the Working Journolists (Conditons of Services and Miscellanceous Provisions) Act, 1955 and rule 37 of the Working Journalists (Conditons of Service and Mis-cellaneous Provision) Rules, 1957, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the following person as Inspectors for the purpose of the afforesaid Act and rules within the local limits noted against each :— (Sd) ....................... HARDEV SINGH CHHINA, Secretary to Government, Punjab, Labour Department. 2. THE WORKING JOURNALISTS (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISONS_ ACT, 1955 (The 3rd September, 1979) No. S. O. 61/C. A. 45/55/S. 17-B/79—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17-B of the Working Journalists (Conditions of Service and Miscellaneous Provions) Act, 1955 (Central Act 45 of 1955). the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the additional Labour Commissioner, Punjab to be an Inspector for the purposes of the said Act, for whole of the State of Punjab.
