It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Definitions.-(1) In this Scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Act" means the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and RegUlation of Street Vending), Act, 2014 (7 of 2014) ; (b) "Ann.exure" means an annexure appended to this Scheme; (c) "Form" means a form appended to this SCheme; (d) "rule" means rules made under section 36 of the Act; (e) "section" means a section of the Act ; (f) "Schedute" means a schedule appended to the Act or the rUles, as the case may be ; Words and expressions herein and not Jefined, but. defined in the Act and the Rules, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act and the Rules, as the case may be.
