NOTIFCATION No.CRC 2011/CR 149/D.12 Law & Judiciary Department; Madam Kama Road; Hutatma Rajguru Chowk Mantralaya Mumbai 400 032 Dated the 20 January, 2012 In exercise of the powers conferred undex Gramnyayalayas Act, 2008 and with the consultation of High Court; Bombay the Govemment of Maharashtra hereby directs that the Gramnyayalaya will be established at village Bodwad taluka Bodwad District Jalgaon on and with effect from 22' January; 2012. (a) There shall be a Gramnyayalay at Bodwad subordinate to the District Court of Jalgaon at Bodwad The said Gramnyayalay shall be presided over by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhusawal as a Nyayadhikari (till regular appointments are made who shall hold his Gramnyayalay at Bodwad (c) The local limit of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Nyayadhikari Bodwad shall comprise the areas included in revenue taluka of Bodwad The villages in the Bodwad taluka specified in schedule which are heretofore included within the local limits of the Ordinary Jurisdiction of Civil Judge Junior Division; Bhusawal shall be excluded therefrom.
