3.150 The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Trust (General) Rules, 1962 The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Trust (General) Rules, 1962 [Notification No, F, 4 (32) LSGIA59 dated 2.4.1962, publighed in the Rajasthan Gazette , Part IV-C , Extraordinary daled 8.6.1562]. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 74 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act; 1959 (Rajasthan Act 35 ol 1959), the State Government hereby makes Ihe following Rules, namely RULES 1 Short title and commencement -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Trust (General) Rules, 1962, (2) These rules shall come into force upon their publication in the otficial Gazette. 2. Definitions--In Ihese rules , unless the subject or context olherwise requires (1) "Act" means Tne Ralasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No: 35 o 1959) (2) "Trust" means a Trust as constituted under the Act, (3) "Section" means a Section of the Acl; Words and expression used but not defined ' shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Act: 3. Manner of publication ot Draft Master Plan and the contents thereof under section 5 (1} [(1) The Dratt Master: Plan prepared by the Officer or the Authority appointed under section 3 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 shall be published by him by making a copy thereof available for inspection at the otice of the Trust concerned and publishing a notice in the form 'A' in Ihe Official Gazette and in atleast two popular daily ncwspaper having circulation in the area inviling suggestions and objections from every person with respect to the Draft Master Plan wlthln & period af 2[20] days from the date of the publication 0f the said notice: ?If the officer of authority appointed under section 3 of the saicl Act is satistied that response to the Draft Rule TOC
