They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette . 2 . In the Limited Liability Partnership Rules , 2009 , after sub-rule (2) of rule 32 , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely:— "Provided that until the Tribunal is constituted under the Companies Act , 1956 , the application under this sub-rule may be made to the Company Law Board.
