Admn: Gaz: (Extra ) , dated the 23rd April, 2015] CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT OF URBAN PLANNING Notification The 23rd April, 2015 No. Arch-15/4977 In' order to notify the Draft Master Plan of Chandigarh lor 2031 AD a nolification No ARCH-2013/513, dated I1th July; 2013 was issued for inviting objectionslsuggestions within a period of thirty days. The said period was further extended upto 10th September; 2013 vide notifications No STP-2013/10534 dated 23rd August, 2013,4 Board of (nqulry/Hearing was constituted to look into the said objections/suggestions received in pursuance to above notifications __vide order dated 1Oth November; 2013 and the said objections/suggestions were duly considered. The Government of India, MHA vide their letter dated 27th March, 2015 intimated that Chandigarh Administration may take appropriate action for notification of Ihe Master Plan--2031 In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4(1)(0) of the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation} Act, 1952 and Sections 3, 5 and 11 of the Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf under 239 of (he Constitution of India and under the General Clauses Act; 1857 in this behalf;, the Administrator U.T, Chandigarh is pleased to notify the Final Master Plan of Chandigarh for 2031 AD which may be called 05 Cnandigam Master Plan 2031" consisting of Ihe following Main Chandigarh Masler Plan Report: 2. Annexure-|- Documents containing information tables lettors etc; 3 Annexure-II__Plans ad Maps .
