S.R.O. 1026. daled tlw 25th March, 1954, the y y said amendments having been previously published as required by sub.section 0) of the said section, namely: In the said rules-for rule 39, the following rule shall be, 9ubstituted, name]y: "39. Payments from the Tea Fund . -(l) All made by the Central Government to the Board under sectIOn 26 of the Act out of the proceeds of the cess leVIed under sub-section (1) of section 25 of the- d p() Act shall be debited to the Major Head '43-Industries and Supplies'.
