MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 30th September, r, 2011 S.O . 2265(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (ix) of Paragraph 1 of the Schedule I of the Mahatma GandhiNational Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005) , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Governments , hereby notifies the following work to be included in the Schemes of the State Government, t, namely:— Access to sanitation facilities in ponvergence with the Total Sanitation Campaign of the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation in the Government of India and in accordance with the guidelines or instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time .
