In Superannuation Notification issued vide No. 714-SW(1)-2014 dated 21` October 2014. the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a State Monitoring Committee under Section 26(1) of The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act: 2013" to review the implementation of the provisions of the said Act consisting of the following members: - (a) The Chief Minister of the State or a Minister nominated by him Chairperson. ex-officio: (b) The Minister-in-charge of the Scheduled Castes Welfare. and such other Department: (c) Chairperson of the State Commissions for Scheduled Castes member. ex-officio: (d) Representatives of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes. and Safai Karamcharis member ex-officio; (e) Not less than two members of the State Legislature belonging to the Scheduled Castes_ nominated by the State Government: Names 0/ MLAs L Sh.
