To gub-rule (1) of rule 24 (1) the words, Ilgureg and letter "88 provlded Ln rule 26A" ehall be added; and (li) the tollowing Explanation shall be added, namely "Explanatlon.~In thls gub-rule and In rule 25A, the expresslon "low Evincinn area meang teRule TOC
