READ: The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act; 2016 (Central Act 49 of 2016) G.O_ (Ms) No.20, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (DAP-3.2) Department; dated: 20-06-2018 From the Director for Welfare of the Differently Abled, Letter Roc No.5234/DAW-3.1/2016, dated: 10-10-2019 2 3 ORDER: - As per Section 33(i) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act; 2016 (Central Act 49 of 2016) "the appropriate Government shall identify posts in the establishments which can be held by respective category of persons with benchmark disabilities in respect of the vacancies reserved in accordance with the provisions of Section 34" of the said Act_ 2 In the Government order second read above, 235 posts under group A & B category were identified as most suitable for differently abled persons under 4% reservation 3_ In the letter third read above the Director for Welfare of the Differently Abled has sent the proposal for identifying 297 suitable posts under group 'A' and B in

4 · The Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Director for Welfare of the Differently Abled and consultation with all the concerned Departments have decided to approve 297 posts under group 'A' and 'B' categories for most suitable for differently abled persons in Public Sector Undertakingsl Boardsl Corporations/ Universities.
