1 · Short title And comuencement ~(1) The schete may be called the Environment Relief Fund Scheme, 2008.

2 · Defipitions. In this scheme unless context otherwise requires; _

3 · Establisbment ot Relicf Fund by the Ceotral Governmedt (1)From te appointed day " there shall be established by the Central Government, for the puposes of this scheme, a Fund to be called the Environment Relief Fund:
