Government of Rajasthan Urban Development and Housing Department No. F.I0(132)UDH/3/2009/part Jaipur, Date: NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, namely:- 1 . Short title and commencement . -(l) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2020 . They shall come into force at once. Amendment of rule 10. -In sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, herein after referred to as the said rules , - (i) after the existing expression "the applicant being an individual " and before the existing expression "or rupees fifty thousand", the expression "or a sole proprietorship firm" shall be inserted; and (ii) after the existing expression "other than an individual" and before the existing punctuation mark ".", the expression "or a sole proprietorship firm" shall be inserted . Amendment of rule 11 . -In sub-rule (1) of the rule 11 of the said rules , after the existing expression "the Authority shall" and before the existing expression "issue a registration certificate " , the expression "within a period of thirty days" shall be inserted. Amendment of FORM-I.In FORM-I appended to the said rules, in paragraph (i) after the existing item (iii) and before the existing item (iv), the following new item (iii-a) shall be inserted, namely :- "(iii-a) The real estate agent shall facilitate the possession of all documents , flS the allottee is entitled to, at the time of booking apartment or building, as the case may be;"; and "f' qn'l'
