‍ ‍ RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority 29 , , , 19466‍ 20, 2024 Kartika 29, Wednesday, Saka 1946- November 20, 2024 ‍4‍() ‍‍(I) ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍(‍‍‍ ‍ ) ‍ Home (Group-9) Department Notification Jaipur, November 19, 2024 G.S.R.76 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 29 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2022, namely:- Short title and commencement . -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Private Security Agencies (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2)They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Amendment of rule 3 . -In rule 3 of the Rajasthan Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2022, the existing sub-rule (9) and (10) shall be substituted by the following, namely:- "(9) Application in Form-I shall be submitted, with fees as specified in sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Act, online through the Private Security Agency Licensing Portal (PSARA) to the Controlling Authority. The application referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be submitted online through the Private Security Agency Licensing Portal (PSARA) to the Controlling Authority."
